I am 32 yrs old and feel as though something is missing.

Try doing somethng for others. The big sister/ big brother program is a good one. It will give you a taste of what it might be like to have a child, give you something to really feel good about and of course help a family.

I am 26 yrs old.

I had a similar situation a while back and I would recommend giving him some space. Divorce is so difficult and trying, I think men can destroy current relationships unintentionally. Just let him know that you care for him and you’ll wait for him. Step away for a while. When he finally gets it done he can concentrate on you. Which is how it should be. If he’s really “the one” he’ll focus on doing what he needs to do to get the job done and he’ll be on your doorstep within weeks.

The owner has rented the place I’m at now and I’m trying to find something in the school district since they just started school. The trouble is it’s a smaller town. Not many rental options that I’ve found so far. Not in a such a tight time frame anyhow. I’m still looking though. I didn’ think about the verbal agreement thing. Any lawyers out there with info?
