  Even though I have massive debts(over £30,000), my x keeps messing with my 8 year olds head by sending her backwards and forwards, from her to me(she has custody)My daughter has been living with my 17 yr old son and me in a 1 bed appartment since 19th January. I can’t afford to look after us properly as in low paid employment.
  I have lost the love of my life(even tho some say every partner you break with was this!)I’ve been married twice before (8yrs, 9yrs). But after only 16 months with this woman, I feel totally demoralised, heart broken and I know I could never meet someone like that again. Putting all these together in almost anyones life would take it’s toll.
  Reading all of your replies has helped to lift my heart a little and made me cry at the same time, because for the moment you’ve helped me climb from my pit and start to think about my life in a different way.

  I’m sorry but all the help just doesn’t take the pain and heartbreaak away, I know I’ll be leaving behined upset and sad people, but I see no other way out…..

  I’ve been married twice before and neither of them was right(obviously). the woman I’ve just lost was the “one” But she’s only part of the reason. I’ve got 6 kids from my youngetst 8 to the oldest nearsly 21. Most of them are old enough to look after themselves and they didn’t grow up with me anyway, so why would they miss me???? The youngest was always with me, then her mom took her away from me and moved to another country. then she came back and asked me to look after her, but she wont let me have her full time. I know life isn’t fair, but I just can’t weigh the good against the bad and come up with any other solution.I just feel so low and think if I wasn’t here they could all get on with their lives and I wouldn’t feel so much pain…….

  There’s really nothing out there for me, all I held close to me has been taken away, my kids will miss me but they’re the only ones.
  how am I supposed to cope with all the stress and worries, if there is no help or support for me? I know people say life gets better, but mine only gets worse, week by week.
