I have had a lot of drama in my life and have been distancing my self from people. Then I was quite ill the past few weeks coughing up flem that looked like chew spit and not having any energy. Then I had been working temp helping my Dad with construction type things and that has been hell because I hate construction. Then my dad lost his job so I don’t get to use the computer as much any more so yeah. Plus I’ve been reading a bit more trying to get my mind out of here. Then I have also been just wondering the usual what is wrong with girls any ways what’s up with you?

Well, after calling her cell and leaving a message she should return your call. If she doesn’t, don’t sweat it or think something you did wasn’t right, or what ever. Just get on with your life. I personally think if she doesn’t call, she’s either playing hard to get or she wants to see how much you really like her and waiting for you to leave another message. You know girls, they’re complicated and difficult to understand, hehehe

Well my denver broncos play tonight =D NBC I think it’s nationally broadcasted against the bears you better watch and cheer them on. Well any ways back to try and get a license and eat breakfast I am soo hungry lol I can’t eat as much because now we have to budget food and I am like starving…I just can’t believe my dad got fired for what happened I really wish…well what I wish for isn’t pleasant any ways I just got done looking at my other lifestyle website and I am just confused that minnesota girl was supposed to call last night and she never did I called her cell and left a message.

lol, You and the girls. Sometimes I think you are oil and the girls are water. You don’t mix well, lol. Just kidding Ryan. Life at your age is complex, don’t worry it will all come together as you get older. Believe me when I tell you, keep enjoying yourself while you have the time because one day you’ll be at a job and wife and kids waiting at home. Hopefully it will be a job that you love. Make sure of that. It makes all the difference.

You may have a slight case of asmea or what ever if that is the case. Do you notice weezing before you get to that point The muscle fatigue just may be your not eating enough for as much as you train example on saturdays I go out for breakfast and then I won’t eat some thing until after lift which is bad but I am always busy on the weekends but that could be why usually during the week I don’t feel as fatigued or worn out plus drinking…but that’s a diff story but yes try eat 2 to 3 meals before you work out…and the creatine NO wouldn’t be a good idea if you dont’ drink enough water because you will have bad kidney/liver damage doing that combination! how ever you may have hit a training peak have you tried switching your routine up to shock your muscles i.e. instead of legs monday do chest or do every other day and just do different exercises i.e. if you do barbell curls switch it up to dumbbell hammer curls or else your body adapts…if that doesn’t work have you thought about a pre work out suppliment? basically an N.O. booster look for something with a lot of arginine and b12 for good pumps/focus perhaps that is why a great website cause GNC is a fucking rip off yet I want to work there =( ironic…is bodybuilding.com and there are some others I will get back to you with. I am starting to make progress lifting but my dad lost his job sooo now I won’t be getting an extra payment but hopefully these 2 girls I know will start training lessons 20 bucks a week. Speaking of which I need to go give her an overal diet plan I’m gettin 20 bucks =D hellz yeah.
Well I drank a lot last night to the point to where I barely remember getting home and admitted to my girlfriend that lives in minnesota that I love her and tried to explain I haven’t told any1 about the relationship because I need to make sure it’s her via webcam…and apparently I used buying a beer as a great example…It didn’t make sense…then some girl that was hot was hitting on me but she had a kid and a c section scar and I told her I had a gf so it worked out…lol

Thanks Ryan. That information was wonderfully informative. I know I’m not drinking enough water. I can’t drink plain water so I squeeze lemon in it. Otherwise it makes me sick drinking it. So plain and stuff. Anyway, thanks. I will read your reply over and over till it sinks in. Good information.
One more question though, if you don’t mind.
Why is it my muscles feel fatigued as soon as I start lifting? Also,I can’t seem to catch my breath at times while working out. You know, that deep breath? Should I be taking Creatine? Does this happen to you?

As for the energy thing if you continue your routine and diet. That may have bene why is the more fatty food you eat the more slower you become because it’s not an efficent source of nutrients. I would say maybe you are over training or you are not in taking enough carbs because that has happened to me I carb loaded for 5 days and had energy and a lot more strength then I cut carbs out almost completely and became noticeably weaker so that is my out put also maybe your not drinking enough water. I hadn’t drank water for 2 hours today because I couldn’t find a water fountain to refill and when I got a 30 oz cup of water from orange julius and drank 2 of them over the course of 40 minutes I felt much better and more focused and ate…usually I would be on 50 to 60 grams of protein and a fair amount of carbs but I was weak because of that. So that is why I say those things. Plus a sign of over training is exactly what your speaking of feeling weak everything else. perhaps do 1 day on 1 day off or minus a few steps out. I would first try eating more. I had watched this thing about Jay cutler (the bodybuilder not the twig quarterback) he said there isn’t such thing as over training if your feeding your body enough food you can train hard 7 days a week as long as your body is getting the right amount of food so that is another source. any ways let me know…

As for you being reluctant to get your license and getting out there and working, well the only thing I can say to that is go to college full time. As for the license, you need that. Once you have your license you will see how fullish you were for waiting so long. How do you get around? Are you dependent on everyone else? You have to stand up and be a man when it comes to your fear of getting a license. You lift heavy weights and practically kill yourself and you wont get your license? Come on, Ryan!!
Now, back to my problem. Hope you can help. You can use this as practice for your clients.
I went on vacation for four days, and when I got back I decided to do a work out. I haven’t done a work out since I left (4 days). Well, if I knew I was going to feel so out of shape, I would never have left on vacation. Why was it so hard for me to get back into my routine? I never sweat so hard, my muscles felt so weak, I was so out of breath. Could it have been the way I was eating? A lot of fattening, unhealthy foods, such as, hamburgers, gelatos, pizza, you name it. I just didn’t sit around and eat all day, but when I did eat, that’s what I had.
I road my bike with friends everyday several times a day for miles. U would think that that exercise would be enough to keep my body from deterioration, but it wasn’t. Know I suffer when I work out. It’s been 4 days know since I’ve been back into my old routine, and I still feel weak and exhausted. What can I do? What can I take or do to get my strength and energy back? All your wise help would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve been stressing out again over finding a job and getting my license…I don’t know why I am so nervous. i guess in a way it’s because once that happens I won’t ever have stuff back again like the worry free zone and I’ll just become like the rest of the people working 8 to 5 and forgetting abotu whats important I just don’t know if I’m strong enough to be that person that won’t…then just I don’t know I had another panic attack =( and just let me know what’s on your mind I hope I can help.

Jr. The key to losing weight to me it seems like is to watch the beverages you drink and everything else like avoid pop of all kind avoid juices except when your sick cause oj is awesome. avoid fried foods etc. For carbs…they are okay to eat just time them…before you work out and after…while what opera doing is semi true…the more muscle you have the more fuel they need so they will help burn calories in a resting state more then well what fat would…okay here try this…use cable weights and do the 15 to 20 rep range so you can start to sweat do those ab work outs i told you about…and I prefer to do it on the stationary bike but any cardio machine you could do it…go 30 seconds of a slow/moderate pace then after 30 go for another 30 seconds of fast/to really fast it takes more energy and effor to put the body from a resting state to all out and it should help you.

Why creatine during the winter months?
My problem is with the carbs. I crave carbs and give into my temptations every time. I’m really dissappointed in my self for being so weak. I tend to lean more to the chocolate. Anything in its form is fine for me. I’m 5′5″ and weight 142. I never been that heavy in all my life. My idea weight where I look fine is 135. I need to drop 7 lbs. and I can’t seem to do it. I’m lost.
Ryan, tell me this, I caught a glimpse of Opera the other day while watching TV and she is in the process of loosing weight. She “supposedly” has the best trainers, etc. Well, she said she was going to stick with the weights in place of aerobics to loose weight. Here all this time I’m thinking in reverse…..more aerobics and less weight training. Is there something new out there that I missed? What do you think? Let me know, this is your profession.

I hate having summer colds then…but I have been drinking a lot of water working out and eating healthy except on my bday, but yes I have broke a few girls hearts, I just don’t know what to do any more except stay focused I am trying to get that flat stomach so far soo good, I have noticed a lot of weight has decreased I just got done eating meal number 2 half a chipotle chicken burrito today is a high carb day and well they have a lot of them, then the other half is after I work out to restore my glyogen levels. I am not complicated! maybe a ilttle bit I got let down yesterday that Bre girl I fancy a lot, she said she would call and was like omg your such a great friend I will call tomorrow so we can catch up I look forward to it =D kinda thing, and she never did so I got really pissy and listened to this song called slippin by dmx it’s like the story of my life except the last chorus cause that’s where he is on top of his game. I weighed my self this morning around 182 or so hard to believe when I first joined this site or atleast started talking to you I bulked out too much and weighed about 238 off season is killer so during winter I’m going to do my best to keep my weight around 195 to 200 cause i’m going to start taking creatine when we have to start wearing heavier clothes.

It’s been a mix early in the morning it’s green then through out the day it’s more yellow…does that mean I have both or is it just a cold probably and sinus drainage cause I just cycled and stuff…I feel fine I can breath no problems except my nose is kinda sorta stuff but not really I am not really coughing things up more like umm you kinda feel something come up…but here is the thing… I hadn’t smoked or done hookah in 3 or 4 weeks then I did it 3 or 4 nights and stayed out till like 1:30 and woke up around 7:30 to 8:30 in the morning I think I just got sick…idk I have been lifting still and everything seems okay?

This may sound gross, but if your phlegm is green it’s a virus like bronchitis. It your phlegm is yellow, then it’s bacterial in nature and it’s pneumonia. I told you it would be gross. Ewwwwwww, yuk! Plenty of rest and plenty of fluids.

mmm I think it’s a summer cold then cause my sore throat and and coughing up some stuff and the drainage from my sinus’s and feeling tired all that good crap seems like its a summer cold. I don’t have money or insurance soo Ima fight this one out for awhile if it continues and no improvement by tuesday I am thinking about seeing a doctor or atleast begging my dad to take me and its gonna suck trying to pay him back for the bill.

Hi Rya. Sorry to here about your problem. Don’t sweat it, it’s going around. I know of 3 ppl who said the same exact words that you said, “I think I have a sinus infection” Well it turned out to be bronchitis or the summer cold. And both are hell getting rid of. It will last approximately two weeks. Go to the doctor and ask for the Z pack. It’s an antibiotic. It will knock it right out. You know the rest, drink plenty of fluids and get your rest.

Oh I know it’s soo true! oh and I wrote a blog on my myspace how that oil thing is more true then every less then 48 hours of withdrawing troops from city’s oil companys already began bidding and were quoted as saying Iraq will be the next saudi arabia…and I got up to part 4 I think it was? I’m gettin ready to load part 5…It’s sooo interesting though how we are conditioned to buy new things if they get broken or become out of style…and how the army is a brainwashed killing zone…and how we go to war for politcal, resources, and I forgot the other reason…and the different types of crime and how poor people are conditioned to do what they can to survive…and WTF 1million at 5 percent interest 50 thousand dollars a year! if every millionaire would do that and give the money to people we wouldn’t have a recession! and another thing too is…inflation…it’s inflation if the government issues more money to fix the problem but if the money is borrowed and people help drive a new store to become successful and line of business it’s not…it’s like wtf…and the gold standard…i think we need to go to the barter system almost…it seems to work for me…

A lot of ppl have that peeling thing all wrong. Look at it in a scientific way. You burned your skin to a certain degree, right? So, in order for it to heal it must go through a process of exfoliation. So, yes the peeling will be as bad as it was burned. If you mildly burned your skin, you will peel mildly. If you really burned it, it will peel in large layers. Did you ever have that happen? Shame on you if you did……lol……I mean it.

There is scientific proof that picking you nose only leads to a greater boogie population, therefore blowing your nose is not only more sanitary, but healthier too. As for your question in regards to nose diarrhea, well that’s just a term we use for something that flows out in a mess. People could have diarrhea of the mouth. You’re right on when you say that your sore throat could be do to nasal drainage. A lot of ppl don’t know that. Nasal diarrhea can cause a sore throat. Or, Or, Or, Or your sore throat could be do to kissing the wrong girl….lol
You must always watch were you put your mouth, and if it’s going to be somewhere other then where it should be, then by all means, make sure you know where she’s been……lol OMG……do I sound like your parents’. Undalay, undalay……
