hey sophie! haven’t talked to you in awhile I’ve been busy hardly ever check help.com unless it’s shouts been busy life has been fairly well was making some money training people then they are poor so it didn’t last as long as I would have wished. I have been taking bodybuilding to the next level pre and post work out protein shakes and a stronger pre work out suppliment cardio in the morning and threw in an extra meal…I’m starting to finally hopefully get there…the struggle will continue but when I do you will be one of the first ones to know. I am working on getting my license my friend is teaching me how to drive his jeep it’s a clutch and I’m not too bad. I am doing it cause of that Bre girl she is pretty but also for my self so i can get a job and finally be able to save money for guess what…SUPPLIMENTS =D creatine and fish…just wanted to let you know you are a great friend and in my thoughts =) how have you been? yeah my other friend is using it for free because he is unemployed but i kinda want him to stop because quite frankily idk if he has what it takes…so with paul, blake, and sometimes darian, oh and me using this stuff i am wiping it down with glass cleaner w/ ammonia and i have the connectors that hold the weights on you or connect them in soaking in hot water and soap you think that will be enough i dont think i have to worry about any1 getting a wierd disease but do you think those are good measures?

so sophie….last night there was a huge storm! it was scary it was more windy then anything I’ve encountered before supposibly this city that is like not to far from where I live 3 tornados struck down and like car windows got broke open etc…but while I was inside watching this storm…it was almost beautiful…it was pitch black you coudln’t see anything hardly except for when lighting lit up the background…trees were on the verge of falling it was hailing…it was just sooo pretty to watch in awe from inside while I was scared if it got worste and tore the top off but it didn’t happen just it was really pretty =)

what ya doin chillin at the holliday inn lol ha american song…anyways I am getting pumped up I wish I wasn’t sick or the feeling of being sick I think it was probably the lack of sleep I’ve been getting last week only i would go to bed at like 1 and wake up at like 8 lol so I dunno.
