  I can concur with you on the “working hard and getting nowhere” idea..at one point, I was working one full time (while on call also 24 hours) and two part time jobs……I regret ever doing it…I ended up in the hospita with exhaustion….
  
  As for all the “unemployed” or lazy people getting frre health insurance, and dental/medical?…..YEP..it’s like that in Canada too, some poor clown making minimum wage, trying to do the right thing by working, has to save up for one year to buy glasses, or get a tooth pulled, meanwhile..”welfare willie” gets free dental, medical, glasses, and guess what???????..in most our provinces now, heroin addicts get free syringes!!!…yep, meanwhile an eldrly diabetic on a fixed income, has to pay for thiers….(not that some people on welfare DON’T deserve it, but it is abused….)
  
  yep, sounds to me like you are GUILTY..GUILTY of trying to do the right thing. I can’t IMAGINE how hard it is raising kids @ 20 years old. Best advice I can give?..give yourself a pat on the back and realize you are probably a better mother, and a more honest, hardworking person than a lot of people out there..OKAY?
  
  Since, I have been in the hospital for exhaustion and a breakdown, I’ll give ya a bit of advice..Take your sleep seriously!! there are many “cheap” over the counter sleeping aids such as melatonin. Use this ONLY occasionally though, or it quits working REAL FAST….eat right..if you are trying to decide between an apple or a chocolate bar..take the apple…….drink water even if you aren’t thirsty.
  
  If you are feeling mentally worn down right now, imagine how your digestive,and immune systems feel!!!…vitamin B6 and Omega 3-6-9 supplements may help with the exhaustion and then “scattered” feeling.

  Honestly?….it is getting worse..just when I think I’ve met the nastiest person I’ll ever meet..BOOM!..along comes someone even worse……I guess I never fail to amuse myself in some of the dumb choices I continue to make in life either..to be honest with you, I think a LOT of people would agree with us if they were HONEST about it. I think a LOYT of people just say life is getting better as they get older to make themselves feel better.

  hey..I got married YOUNG..(20 years old) cuz I thought it would help me “MOVE ON” past my childhood abuse..I was WRONG I SHOULD have got to know myself first, all I did when I got married, was put myself even further behind the scenes…I am now separated……trust me, relationships..ALL OF THEM….are stressful enough without already having unanswered questions/concerns/fears about yourself.

• Wow, I really am a loser.
  

  uunngghh!…….WOW!…….yer cute…….okay, now that that’s out of the way..NO yer’ NOT a loser. I don’t have many friends either..only ONE!…him and I worked together on an ambulance for about 2 years. We both have the same warped sense of humor, we both watched eachother’s lives and careers..(through no fault of our own) go down the shitter. He was there when my 16 year marriage went FLOP and I attempted suicide. Him and I have smoked many a joint while reviewing bible verses, watching south park, family guy and other weird shows.
  
  I guess I am his only friend as well. we both have sen MUCH suffering, (other people’s and our own)….we never had childhoods. I guess we just instinctively know when to give eachother room, when to talk, when to shut-up and when to point and laugh at eachother…….so no..don’t feel like a loser..”kay?”…..
