Thankyou for answering my idea on that post. A way around people being hurt or humiliated would be to put a warning in the TOU. It might make people really think about how they go around causing disruption, hurt or humiliation in others.
I really wouldn’t know about the law on line, But it tends to work with in schools that adopt this approach.
