I made a report but fear it was not found, basically an ex-mod told me yesterday (not sure if in confidence so please remove this shout when you read it) that she had everyone’s IP Address before she was banned and that today she was going to track everyone’s IP Address, she said she wrote it down for future reference.

sorry if you don’t already know this tags is not working therefore helpbot is not working could you fix this please, because I have come accross numerous suicidal posts where helpbot has not showed up until I edited the tags for him to come, just thought that it is an important feature of help.com

I hope you are OK, and I am pleading with you on behalf of help.com to get more moderators we have three mods at the moment all of which are very busy and don’t be here often, please help.

I’m not sure I understand your suggestion, do you have a link where I can see an example.

I am writing to inform you that this mod’s reply is an excellent one http://help.com/post/216865-this-site… it reminded of an idea I said I would run by you, I was on another help forum before and it had a tab such as Tags which have no replies to it, and that helped to make sure that all posts got answered.

I don’t know if I said this to you or not, OK but a recent post has reminded me of it, this post was asking for the e-mail address of a certain user, now it is against TOS to give another user’s information however I know of a website that you can send an e-mail to the person without actually getting their e-mail address, it would work through the system, I just thought it was worth a mention

I just wish to formally announce that I am leaving help.com, and I will return when I feel the corruption has ended, I have been repeatedly verbally abused by a user and her constant attacks have been ignored by this one mod, other people have noticed this also, and have reported her for bullying me, I have also made reports about duplicates, insulting remarks to other users, troll posts etc. and they have all been ignored when this mod is online, I thought that this mod was going to be a good mod, but this mod has relentless in abusing his power, banning people for no good reason, and without warning, ridiculing me, and has also gone and I quote told a user that he is a psychopath and will end up on death row, now I don’t think that, that is behaviour that should be permitted, I hope you read this, and pay word to it, as you may have an awful lot of problems on your hands if this keeps up (not a threat as nothing will happen on my side but another user may infact kill themselves because of a reply one of your mods said and then the family can sue the site that was just a bit of a legal point of view and I hope you didn’t take it the wrong way, if you want to know the mod or have any other questions, please feel free to e-mail me at ireland-12 @ hotmail.com and I will gladly give you all the information!

Listen I am still thikning about that other thing, but anyway is their anyway of getting my ireland-1 account unbanned, the reason it was banned is in this shout I recieved 13 hours after the account was banned, As I said yesterday - it wasnt personal but I dont think your post was particularly helpful to this site. Regardless of the fact that people have the capability to run more than one account - I saw no need to advertise it in a post. That information can be used by people with much more malice aforethought than you can imagine. Your account isnt banned forever - I can lift the ban right now. On the understanding that you discontinue confusing other users with this two-name thing you have going on. Let me know when you have decided which name to use and I will reopen the account in order that you can access your old shouts etc,. - Mas
