  depends, if you eat like 40 minutes before no. As for cramps, try breathing deeper and keep your wrists loose, and arms swinging and if you start getting one fight threw it and hit the wall or hold your hands above your head and it opens up your lungs. And My favorite meal before a game or a run. Is A) pasta with a little parmazon cheese, not too much, avoid dairy can make you puke. Or B) A whole wheat bagel with cream cheese or peanut butter. A little fat is good before too, sounds weird but it works.

  Normal is impossible, a catch-22. Look at it this way. Nothing is normal, everything is different, so there is no normal, so therefore everything that is not normal is moral, a catch-22. Impossible situation. If people are calling you weird forget about it, you are who you are, that’s not weird, a person can never be weird cacause of the whole catch-22.

  Hey kemmy, My family is the same way, that is why I came here. We are becoming your friends, people you can trust with information. We can provide more help then if you feel anonomus. I will always be here to help you and anybody. You can let off steam to people you can get personal answers from without being worried or scared. I hope you stay because you help so much and we can talk pretty easily now. You mean alot to me on this site, without you, it wouldn’t be the same.

  Tell us what has been happening. And also, don’t do it, there is no point to killing yourself. There is no valid reason to kill yourself, Everything passes in time, tears pass, people leave, wounds heal, but your life can’t come back once you take it away.
