I’m excited to be here. I don’t know how often I will be able to be on, but this site and my friends here (you) have been an important part of my life and I want to keep in touch as much as possible.
I just checked your profile and found that you still log on to help.com every once in a while, so I thought I would drop you a note to say hi. I sent you an email a while ago, but apparently you never received it. I trust that things are going well and that you are content.
You’ve got a lot to offer, JoJo! I hope you find a niche where you feel like you are making a positive difference to the people around you.
Hey Gimli, thanks for your encouragement. You really got her talking and opening up and willing to hear truth. I enjoyed talking to her and I hope she truly does take the steps she needs to. You rock :)
Do you have a real live email address? If you are willing, I could shout you the email address that I use when I might get spammed,
you could write to that address, and I could send you my “real” email address…
If you are not comfortable with that, it’s OK. Sometimes I want to say things that are deeper than I want to go on such a public forum…(for example, your poem tonight.)
Gimli, you rock! You encourage me and make me smile a lot. I love that quote. Thank you for your prayers. I appreciate it so much. I am praying for you always to.
You are an amazing lady! Besides, you encourage me.
One of our church leaders used to say something like “there might be a mile of demons on top, but there is an overcomer underneath.” I think that’s you!
lol…the internet can teach you so much, it’s not always good, but it is eye opening..lol
I’m a hospital kid, been in them for 10 years so I know a lot about the depression and emo stuff, but I learn a lot about other stuff from talking to people.
I think it started with kids who really used it as a coping technique and then got a lot of attention and so other kids decided to copy. I think a lot of it is just attention seeking that gets way out of hand.
