Long replies that vanish? Sometimes our secured connections time out on Help.com. If you know that you are going to take more than 5 monutes to compose a response it might help to highlight and copy your reply before hitting the reply send button. That way you can just repaste the reply later. Also, sometimes hitting the “back” button on your browser will bring you back to a page where the text still exists. Refresh the page and then repaste your text. Hope these tips help. I know it frustrates me when it happens…
