I feel as if you deserve to know the real reason why it didnt work out so you can embrace it and move on. We have the right to know why we are broken up with so we know exactly where it went wrong or why you werent the right one for him. If he doesnt give you a reason then you just have to think about it all the time and that is never fun. I would just politely ask him why things didnt work out between the two of you. IF he doesnt want to be with you it helps the healing process if you jsut stay away from him, so i wouldnt wait around for him to figure out what he is missing. Because odds are, he will never realize it. There is a saying that goes like this, “If they are stupid enough to walk away then be smart enough to let them go”. Think about that

Well there are counselors I am sure at your high school that you can talk to any time. Also if the Zoloft doesnt seem to be helping then that is something you have to discuss with your doctor. There are many different medications that treat anxiety. You just have to find the one that works the best with your system. Your doctor is an expert on this and will find one that will work for you. Also there are therapist that are covered by insurance so the treatment wouldnt be that expensive. Remember that your mental health is extremely important and if spending a little extra cash on getting it better is what you have to do, then i suggest doing it. Best of luck man. Any other questions?

I think you should talk to your doctor and tell him exactly how you feel from day to day. They can prescribe medications and put you onto a good therapist. There is no shame in having anxiety. You are not alone in that category. You recognize the problem which is the first step but it wont get better unless you talk to your doctor and let them help you. If it is something that you wouldnt want anyone to know it would stay that way because everthing you talk to the doctor about is strictly confidential. He is there to help you not share your problem with the world. I would recomend talking to him and dont be bashfull. Tell him everything that you feel so he can help you the right way.
