2009-02-10 23:53:46 on I’m not afraid to die anymore, I need help.
When reaching the point of no longer fearing death, What is the point. It seems as if our whole lives are the journy to accepting death, Then we die. And the circle is complete.
But when you reach this at a young age, What is the point. The point, simply is that you have what those at 80 are just reaching. You have acceptance. You are able to say, “Ya know what, I already know I’m going to die, And I dont give a fu©k”.
Count yourself lucky, You can spend the rest of your life living. Where so many others are learning how to die, You can learn to live. You’re one of the few, Count your blessings.
As far as being suicidal, Ill tell you what I was told by a friend the night after she attempted to kill herself.
“Death isn’t the objective. Death isn’t the goal, And it’s not what we strive for. Knowing that theres another life in death, Knowing that this life can end and its all over, Thats what its all for, Thats the point. The only thing I didn’t realize until now, Is that I can make another life out of this one. I don’t have to die to end suffering. I don’t have to embrace eternal silence to be in a quiet room. I don’t have to bleed to feel like I’ve escaped”
Hope that helps, And I hope you work things out.
2009-01-20 18:24:59 on How exactly do you know your insane?
The only problem with listening to someone else’s advice on insanity, Is what if they are insane themselves?
Then you have an insane person judging the sanity of perhaps a sane person.
2009-01-12 13:09:14 on Why does God reward People who are mean and dishonest
I think we get so wrapped up in blaming someone else for our own misfortunes, We lose the ability to cope and move on.
When every little bad thing that happens in our life is blamed and put on “God’s” fault, Then we slowly become irresponsible humans. Not to mention when we put complete faith into something we can’t see, We beging to stop looking out for our own backs and say things like “I pray” or “God is watching me”. Which in return allows bad things to happen to us.
Granted somethings are out of our hands, Like deaths. But alot of other things aren’t. Like Jobs, Health (Granted somethings like cancer you can’t control, but going to treatments and what not instead of prayig, Help.), and wealth.
And I’m no Bible Scholar Dmercha, But I’m pretty sure somewhere in there it says something about your level of rewards in Heaven based on your actions on Earth. So where as if you pray and ask for forgiveness within your dying moments, But lead a Life of “sin”, Then you will get little to no rewards, The only thing you will get is being saved from a burning pit of fire, and a Demon with horns and a tail violating you. In comparison , if you lead a life of good deads, then you willl be rewarded with mansions, Crowns to cast at Jesus’ feet, Praise , Eternal life beside your maker, Maybe the ability to help your loved ones still on Earth, Etc, Etc, Etc.
Free Will is tricky…. To ourselves we have Free Will. You can do whatever you want. Just because someone knows what you are going to do, Doesn’t take away your free will. What you do is completely your choice, And just because “God” knows what is going to happen next, Doesn’t mean it’s not your choice. “God” doesn’t react based on the future, Obviously, So there fore your free will and choices, Are indeed that.
“There is no excuse that God does not intevene”. Yes there is, You’re giving human qualities to a “God”. If we had the power to foresee the future we would attempt to alter it for the better. But because we have free will, “God” doesn’t do this. “God” lets us make our own deciscions and decide our own fate. And Death, has nothing to do with “God”. Even if you don’t believe in “God”, You still know you’ll die. Just because we know where the road ends, Doesn’t mean we all get there the same, making the same choices.
And you could say Death is the cashing in of the chips, Or the cashing in of your check at the end of a hard works week at the job. So why not work hard and rejoice once the work is done.
I am in no way religious, But I do think I have free will, I can do whatever I want, whenever, However. Just because I know Ill die, Doesn’t mean I can’t do those things.
2009-01-09 22:54:38 on An Egocentric and yet Selfless babbling of idea… Heres my idea of love, Tell me and share with me your ideas of love.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write that down. I really enjoyed readying your thoughts and ideas on such a confusing and mysterious topic.
And I agree completely , Love is contradictory. Its amazing how such a simply thing can be so crazy, And unexpected, And yet….Simple and expected. It really is perhaps the single most interesting thing in this universe.
I find it really interesting as well, That you , self proclaimed, have never experienced love, and yet know so much about it already. Another odd wonder of the feeling I suppose.
Please keep the ideas coming =D

2008-11-21 09:36:53 on is this poem any good?
”and in its muted song is twice the volume” I think is too complex and too long here.
“I in my cold circling” this would sound better if re-phrased I think.
And I humbly Disagree.
“And in it’s muted song is twice the volume”
To me thats the whole poem right there. It sets up the tone, the mood, and what’s to come. It tells you what the poem is about before you even read it. It’s like seeing a rollercoaster before you get on and knowing that because you can see it has three loops it’s going to be a hell of a ride.
“I in my cold circling”
I see that as massive imagery. It lets the imagination ring out, When I read that, I picture a lonely person wandering in circles in the room, thinking of anything, From lost love to anger generated from family. Then to follow up with the next line
“am a lost bird”
Just adds more to the image.
And I have to admit ;
“a morning dove in evening greys;
always between
one song and the next.
the fermata on the rest.”
Is amazing.
It’s a very good short poem. I enjoyed it.

False
The Person below me has a penny in their pocket
2008-11-17 09:36:25 on what the heck happened?
Give him some credit , Lol, As patches said, That takes some serious guts to do.
If anything give him a hug and a pat on the back, But explain to him that you have a boyfriend and that you can’t be with him, etc, etc.
Run of the mill rejection lol
Wasn’t aware you were looking for advice….
To find a friend you need to be one first. Same goes for finding a lover. Be a lover first. Give you love away. Or at least charge enough to help pay the bills.
I find the best advice is given when people don’t know they are giving it =)

2008-11-13 10:31:03 on I wanted to introduce something new…
Im confused greatly.
2008-11-13 10:28:19 on How Many Of Us Are looking for love?
Ok, So heres what I can’t figure out.
I mean theres obviously going to be alot of posts , But how come none of us can find “love”?
Is it we aren’t looking hard enough? Not trying hard enough? I can’t figure it out, When I was younger my parents would tell me “Love will find you, Even if you are looking for it, Itll always find you first”
And yet Love has yet to find me…
2008-11-13 10:25:04 on does anybody know the best course of action to stop a panic attack?
Do what I do, Scream like a mother fu^ker until it subsides. As loud as you can until you turn blue in the face.
Lol But being serious, I do math. Double the result over and over until I can’t do it anymore
Ex. 2+2=4 4+4=8 8+8=16 16+16=32 32+32=64 64+64=128 Etc etc until the number gets too high for you, And by that time the attack is usually over or calmed down to where you can handle it.
