ooops. Im sorry, i hadnt checked my account for a long time.

My exam went well. I got two distinctions

After 3 weeks and 4 days, I’m back!

I’ve been good. I got some new hockey gear. (Did I already tell you that?) I am going to be moving next month. Other than that not much is going on just playing hockey. What have you been up to?

How was your christmas…besides busy?

Good. Pretty laid back. Amber gave me a christmas present and my parents are going to buy me some hockey gear in January.

I adopted a cat. He is soooo cute. (Yes, I said cute) I named him Pepper. I wasn’t going to adopt a cat until after I got back from my trip but my parents were looking for a cat because their cat just died and my mom wanted a companion while my dad and I were gone. So I decided I would adopt from the same people they adopted from.

Yea, I am looking forward to going. My sister is going to take me up to new york so I can go Ice skating at Rockefeller Center. Which should be a lot of fun.

Because my sister is nervous about meeting me for the first time. But it will be ok.I was just looking forward to traveling alone.

I don’t know, half of the new ideas end up being an old movie with a new skin.

It came out yesterday. And it isn’t Bond, it doesn’t have the same feel. There is barely any of the smooth talking he is known for, there is only one girl, and they tried to be realistic except for like 3 times where they went over the top. I was bummed.

Not to bad, a little bummed at the new Bond movie.

Haha! We have bears around here. Sometimes black bears come right into our front yard. I saw several grizzlies right by the road once. We have pictures of moose browsing right outside our yard fence. You get used to it after a while. :)

Have you talked to Alice lately? She was very down today. Someone stole her hockey gear off her porch. The only thing they didn’t get was her stick. I suggested she make creative use of it if the thief returns.

i know that real beauty is all about being confident. at my highschool all the guys loved my chuncky friend more then me…it was because she was so comfortable in her own skin….
and it was obvious i wasnt and am still not.
and i really dont want that to happen to my insides but i know you could really hurt yourself. they said my heart and liver shrunk 40% when i got to the clinic!

No, I don’t think it’s too weird, really. I just know most other people seem to. As for the way we talk, it’s little things. We refer to ourselves and each other as our animals, hands/feet are called paws or claws or talons…hair is called fur, little cutesy animal noises are common instead of words sometimes… and there’s a lot of body language. It all depends on each person, and what their animal is. Avians will bawk and tweet, canines will growl and woof, felines will purr… that sort of thing. Obviously, we only do this sort of thing around each other, when it’s appropriate, but yeah… It’s hard to tell what makes a fur different until you actually explore the fandom a bit. I may have to ask someone who knows furries better than I do what, if any, the real difference is.

Well… lol. There are things out there that even furs think are weird. See, this is one I can’t explain… but we tend to have a large number of people who, once they ‘come out’ as a furry, they feel the need to shove their perversion in everyone’s face. Even try to out-do others in sheer weirdness. I won’t go into any examples… they’re a bit too strange for this site. But that’s the only way I can explain the anatomically correct thing.

As for what separates furs… if you hung around some, you’d just know. If my friend Idzuna Fox ever comes back on this site, you’ll see it in the way we talk to each other.

Yeah, we hate them for that.

Let’s see… what’s attractive…

Well, how would you explain Catwoman, Batman, Cheetara or Black Cat? They’re all nothing without their animalistic attributes. The Minotaur, Horus, Anubis… it’s something deeper than I can explain really, it’s something that humans have always showed an interest in. It’s not so much the animal parts that people like either, because furs still appreciate the human mechanics of sex. Rarely will you ever see anatomically correct animal parts on a furry. They’re humans with animal characteristics, really. We like the fur, we like the tails, we like the ears… but they’re still human in shape and intelligence and emotional capacity.

I’m not sure if that answers your question, though… lol.
