Most definitely. For me, acupuncture has given me the tools to get those feelings out of me and let them go so they don’t keep eating inside me or coming back for another round.
My heart truly goes out to you, and the incredible sense of loss you are feeling. Whether you do acupuncture of some of other kind of healing work, you need to care of yourself, and be thriving, not just merely surviving.
Be safe,

If you are willing, You may want to consider trying alternative methods besides doctors or self-help, though they are wonderful avenues, they are obviously not serving you. If you are up for a little bit of change that may help you become less rigid, you may want to try acupuncture. As both a student of acupuncture and a patient, acupuncture is not only for pain, it can also help you to become unstuck in your life so you can move forward. You have the power within you, an acupuncturist can help guide that power and bring it out to where it needs to be. If you are interested, you can go to the following website to find an acupuncturist in your area. If you are unsure, you can always call and ask them any questions you may have. I think you may benefit from it. If you need any help, feel free to contact me.

Dude, you sound like your 14-17. And yes, this is VERY NORMAL!!!! The reason why you can talk to the “pretty” girls fine and you can’t talk to the girl in your class is because you like her.
If you want to get to know her, find out what she likes, (use your friend that knows her). Join the club that she’s part of, (just don’t become a stalker, that’s a real turn-off…and yes we do notice) and make sure that you always have friends sitting with you. There is nothing like a guy (or girl) being alone to make you stay alone. I’m sure this girl you like always has friends around her, you can use that to your advantage. Start talking to your friend when she’s around. Get into a conversation that way, in a group where is it easy to excuse yourself if things don’t go right (use the old, I forgot something in my locker, or my teacher is a real pain if anyone’s late, etc.). Use that 5 minutes between classes well. Start slow, and eventually you’ll get up the courage (not to mention untying your tongue) and ask her out.
I hope this helps and good luck!

It would definitely help, if you knew what kind of job or area you are interested in. I am a woman, and have 11+ years of exp working, and am not 30 yet. 8 of those years did not include me having a Bachelor’s degree.
There are many Union jobs, that don’t require you to have college job and are physically demanding, (ie. Sheetmetal worker, bricklayer, laborer (not day laborer), Food Worker (UFCW), etc.), and the pay is very nice, even as an apprentice.
If you have any computer skills or customer service, you may also want to try temp agencies in your areas. This allows you to hop from job to job, since you’re basically filling in, this could also land you in a permanent job if the employer likes you. You could also try call centers, for airlines, computer companies, etc. these are usually called CSR’s or Customer Service Representatives.
I know, that working at the mall is not many people’s cup of tea, but there are some jobs that pay very well and teach you a skill as well. Try you local optical store, like Lenscrafters, they have both an in store lab and retail. After working with Lenscrafters for a year, you not only get a free pair of glasses, or watch (since they are part of sunglass hut and watch station), you may also have the opportunity to start their training for you to become a certified optician.
You may also want to try your favorite clothing retail and see if they are hiring. Even if the pay is low, your usually get a hefty discount on your clothing. Always check for the perks!
You may also want to check your local newspaper, (ie. Your town’s newspaper or region). When living in Boston, there was the Boston Globe, for the region and the Patriot Ledger for the South Shore of Boston. It had a ton of local jobs. Try to locate something like that in your area.
Hope this helps!
