  maybe she thought you would be disgusted with her- after all, she would have been right. and anyway, its none of your business, really.

• I feel like everyone is pissed at me….
  

  sometimes out of the blue i feel inexplicably sad for a few days, and that everyone is mad at me even though they are not. i usually try writing a stream of conciousness, and try to figure out what is worrying me. its probably something subconcious. to do a stream of conciousness:
  
  1. get a piece of paper and pen, or open a word doc on your computer (this works better for me)
  
  2. write down a question for yourself, like “what am i feeling right now”
  
  3. without thinking about what you are writing- or even looking at the paper, if it makes you focus on the words- just start typing or moving your pen.
  
  4. keep your mind blank, dont try to think of answers
  
  5. after a set amount of time, stop
  
  6. look at what you have written- the best part about these kinds of exercises is that everything is up for interpretation. see what words jump out at you. even if none of it makes sense, this kind of writing helps resolve issues in our subconciouses.

  you have to decide if you want to tell people what happened; you wont be able to hide being pregnant. if you are thinking about adoption, think about how hard it would be to give a baby away that you have carried for 9 months and given birth to. consider all the emotional ramifications.

  this too shall pass. i promise. my advice? find the nearest quaker meetinghouse, and go. stand up and tell your story. you will have an entire room full of people looking out for you and helping you. (i go to a quaker school even though i am not quaker, and it always amazes me how incredibly welcoming and moving they are).
