  plz god dont hurt yourself u r such a pretty girl with so much to give. u may not know what it is yet but it will come to you it may be a week a year or 10 but when it does you will look back and just think what if you did go through with it. i harm myself because of lonliness which leads to serious depression. or the other way around. if oyu have to then seek out some advice even if you go annomnyus. im 24 and my feelings of suicide started at 14 so ive had 10 years of it. in all this time i have tryed a few times but i dont know if i was just shouting out for help untill last year i took every tablet that was lying in the house locked myself in the bathrrom and slit my wrists. no one was due in the house for 3 hours so i knew that i would be gone from the pain that had been haunting me. fortunitly for me a person i was living with came home because they had left something and seen the empty tablet packs. i was unconcious by this time and all i remembered is waking up in hospital all wired up. to start with i was so annoyed because i felt they had taken something away from me what i had wanted to do but after a while i relised i was taking myself away from them. the point of the story is it was not my time to go and by rights i should have. a pretty girl like yourself should have love and happiness coming in from all directions and i hope u find the courage to help yourself. many huggs and kisses jamie.

  depression is an illness and it comes and goes with just the littlest thing setting u off. if u do fell down a lot i think u should see a doctor even if its for some advice. as for myself ive been depressed on and off for 10 years and in that time tryed to kill myself a few times. i dont know that at if i was shouting out for help to start wth untill 1 day i just took a load of tablets went in the bathroom and slit my wrists. it was my wife who saved me because she normally didnt finish work till 5 but this day she came in at 2 instead and i see that as a sign that i am here for a purpose. i dont know what the purpose is but if i was supposed to go then it would have been that day. i still cut myself the odd day when im feeling so low but it helps me let out the pain. i know it’s all in my head and i shouldnt. im to proud to seek professional help but i hope u can because it will get to you when u least expect it.

  let your husband know that all people should be respected and even if its family ( children) the best thing to do is be firm because there attitude will get worse as they grow older. in the long run it will never sort it’s self outu must sort it outbefore t gets out of hand. let the children know how they would feel if they ended up losing there dad and they had been treating him like crap. have u spoke to him about it because it may make him feel low. its harder for men to talk to someone or to ask for help. i believe in dicipline and if its not there then theres no respect. without no respect there is no relationship. i hope he can find the courage to put his foot down and let them know u cant treat people like that.
