Hey, look for help! I’m just learning to cope with some of those difficulties with professional help, and it is working. It’s REALLY working. I was at a VERY bad place a little while ago, but things are slowly getting better.
Don’t feel ashamed to seek professional help. Consulting with a psychiatrist does NOT mean you’re crazy! Don’t wait anymore, please… seek professional help…there IS a way out of this, i can tell you that from my personal experience… - written 4 months ago
Yes, Yrja, it IS ‘normal’… I’ll be 28 in 2 months and I’m having a breakdown too… Life seems too overwhelming… I’ve been seeing a therapist for the last 3 and a half years, and it does help me, but it does not solve my problems. It just helps me deal with them. I’m in need of help too, just like you, maybe more, maybe less, so I guess I’m in no place to help anybody. But this may work a little bit for you: in 5 or 10 years, you’ll remeber these times and say to yourself: “gee, I remember when I had this or that problem… tough times, but i got through it. It’s all better now.”
Easier said than done, right? yeah, I know. I’ll go post my problems and ask for hep now… :) - written 5 months, 3 weeks ago
-infoPRO: i was raise as a catholic, but I don’t believe in God anymore. I’m a very rational person, so religion ‘does not work’ for me. I simply cannot believe in any of them. I know it would help me a lot, I truly believe that, but I just do not believe in religion. - written 6 months ago
