I have SOLD the business at a great loss. I tried so very hard but ended up a failure. I will be working for years to make up for my losses. I blame the poor economy (since things kicked *** the first year). I will survive and will move on. Doors have closed and windows have opened. I am poor but happy now. Just do not need any more negative surprizes.

Your reply makes me see that there is at least ONE person out there.
Since my last post my Mother, Sister, and a beloved pet have passed away.
One of my part time cooks fell down some stairs and died and two days later a good friend of his and also my full time cook had a brain anurism and spent 18 days in an ICU. He will forever be recovering now. The business also got hit by lightening and nearly half of my equipment was destroyed.

I cannot take it anymore and I am attempting to SELL the business. My health is shot from stress and overwork covering for people that have literally dropped dead.
Banks won’t finance a prospective buyer because business profits are low and they are low because of my many losses both people and equipment.
I got fired from a job that I had to help cover business mortgage payments two days before Christmas.
How can I help but feel cursed.
