  Thank you for taking the time to help me, You made me realize that maybe I am being to judgmental.I agree she is now a woman and that she was very smart to use birth control. I have tried to break the ice with him several times but he just is boring and non social. My husband and I are people persons and can get along with just about anyone. It’s that gut feeling you have when you know something is wrong. I have felt this way form day one and cannot shake it, My husband also feels the same way. It not just his looks, It’s my daughter using her money when they go out anywhere. It is his insomnia that he calls her all hours of the night, While she is trying to sleep. He wants to see her every second of everyday. Granted there are no drugs and involved. I still have 2 other daughters I am raising that are 15&15 Twins and a son who has just turned 15. It really opens my eyes.i will sit down and talked to my husband tonight about what you have suggest, It is good advice. Thank you, I really do appreciate that!

  It is a hard reality, We too have never experience such debt. It is very scary, the mortgage company is not any help, and we do not qualify for any aide. Please have faith and keep fighting. I have been holding on now for a year and know in my heart that it will get better. One day we will all rejoice and live fruitful lives again. Be hopeful!

  I did not read your post, But we are a family of 6 and we are struggling also. I wrote a few weeks ago about being in debt $20,000 in business now it is $40,000. The people who are interested in buying our house are waiting on their neighbors to buy there house, we were lucky to we rented our old house. No one understand your struggle until they have walked in your shoes. I am walking in your shoes now. I will pray for you.Shop Aldis(Discount Grocery Store), Go online get free samples of products you use, Go to your local food banks ask for food.   You are young only 26 and been with this guy for 5/6 years, You have 3 kids.That is plenty of time for him to ask you to marry him. When I was 20 I got pregnant with my boyfriend and we had a daughter,At the time we were not married, But a year later when I got pregnant twins, He said he wanted to make it right and we got married right away. After the twins were born, About a year later I had my fourth child. We have been together 18 years now. It has not been easy but, I feel more secure knowing I am married, It is a commitment. Do not push him into marriage he will resent you for that. It is normal for you to want to be married and make this right. It is hard for you to explain to everyone else your situation, when you do not even understand it yourself. I would like to recommend a great book for you to read called “Something More” by Sarah ban Breathnach. This book will help you understand yourself and help you figure out what you want out of life. It is a must read for every woman out there. Life is short. Good Luck!

  It’s nice to have a difference of opinion. It’s true I have often heard that Spring is the best time to sell, but you are right the market would be flooded.I always thought that August was when the kids go back to school and it is chaotic to buy a house. But we did buy our house in August. I never thought about asking whether the mortgage is transferable, Thats a good idea, I will do that. We are a family of 6 with 4 small dogs and 2 cats, Renting would not be an option. We would have to move everything in storage plus pay storage fees, then pay again to move to next house we buy. We do not want to lose $13,000 but if losing that will allow us to get a cheaper mortgage and a normal life, instead of not having money.It would be a small small price to pay. I do not think the housing market will bounce back until 2 years from now. We feel the urgency to act now.I appreciate your advice and will consider some of the things that you have mention. Thanks Bunches!
