I’m sure you can order it from anywhere in the world. I don’t know where your from but I’m sure you could find it. It really is a good book. Lots of diagrams and things to fill in, its not loads of boring paragraphs and rubbish to read through.
First of all you need to find out what’s bugging you. What ever that is face it, do what you have to squwash that BUG! Problem solved’ now you can sleep at night.

I’m glad you’ve got some things to make you feel happy, but I think if you think hard enough, you could write a list of more things that makes you happy.
Have you thought about taking a pic of your bf to work? Have you thought of taking s special thing to work that makes you smile when you look at it? have you thought about recording your bf’s voice and putting it on an mp3 player or on a mobile phone so you can hear it when at work?
