• I need help loosing weight, what kind of exersizes are good for your stomach, other than sit ups?
  

  Working your abs in a circuit style of training works best as you burn more calories and you won’t see abs unless you burn calories. Also remember there’s no such thing as spot reduction when your BF is over 8%

  I tried it and it’s AWESOME!
  
  My protein was 2 grams per pound of lean bodyweight.
  50 grams of Carbohydrates a day.
  The rest was Fat
  
  Then of course, 1 carb-load day. All carbs, no fat, whatever protein.
  I try to stick low-med. glycemic carbs, but sometimes a bagel makes it way.

  Good post. In Canada, winter is approaching quickly. Some people become depressed here because of the cold weather and less daylight. At 5:00 PM EST, it\\\’s black outside. Hitting the gym in the evening is a great way to raise your emotional levels and forget about time to combat the winter blues. Wearing yellow colors to the gym boosts your mood as well. Try it, you\\\’ll be surprised.

  But, personaly I would never attempt a one rep max. There’s no point.
  It can result in injury and max lifts do not build muscle. You can get an estimate from that calculator. However, your max lift, also depends on the day your having, your adrenaline level at the time of your lift, your genetics and of course form.
