Hi, I saw you tried to embed a youtube video. The embed code from youtube won’t work, because the site doesn’t want normal embed coding to work due to the untrustworthiness of some streaming video suppliers.

Embedding youtube videos is allowed though, and can be done with the code you can find here: http://help.com/faq#sect21

Just scroll a bit down.
