ahh, the sticking point, grief is loss for life, selfishly or not, its easier on people to lose soemthing to death, than it is to lose them to life and see them walking around living and maybe who knows, actually enjoying themselves =/
sorry, thats simplistic too, but kinda just pointing out one of the differences.

slowly change it yourself, and let life takes its crappy course with the rest you cant be bothered with. i am taking how you say pressure as like worries, so sorry if im wrong.
somethings to be honest, just leave up to fate and life, its not worth worrying about. i do hate saying that but its true. we cant change or fix everything ourselves, it sucks =(
just generally and slowly do what you enjoy doing, and slowly but surely you’ll change, and after a few months, or even a year, things, life, you, will be much different.
you have to knowingly be a little selfish to get there though, and most people wouldnt care if they knew you and why.
but im probably totally off base sorry!

it seems the majority of humanity need answers to everything, even if it may not be true, or even if they do not understand it, they still put their entire faith in it. they ask “give me my purpose, because i need one, how could i exist without such a thing?” they get their vague answers in various forms, especially from vague religions. thats nothing other than scary and dangerous, and why humanity sucks.
if we lived for humanity and each other, day to day, we wouldnt have any problems.
beleifs are so selfish, because they are own in our context.
i would like to raise a new question;
is it ever going to possible than humanity will free ourselves from such self-centered attitudes? are we capable to “get over ourselves” as a species?
i fear we are not, i feel sorry for my children, and their children. this species is a mess. we need to grow up.

**** that stubborn pride of yours, always got to be the strong one?! its so all self-consuming.
you forget to live your own life, and make your own mistakes, and you end up living for others, ignore your own body and mind until it hits you back.
which there is a good chance it will.
it is great to be strong, it is really a very proud thing, but ocassionally, you know, you are allowed to be slightly selfish and ask for things sometimes, you are allowed to be looked after yourself.
find someone who you can allow them do that for you?
you don’t have to be strong all the time. no one is.

yeah, you worried your not good enough?
that making you anxious? returning those feeling to you? shame? guilt? not being good enough? memories exist in layers, a anxious memory will lie on top of an older anxious memory.
you know you are more than good enough, i know you know you are!!!!!!! have a little fight within your heart. fancy a chat? for half hr or so? my msn is (email removed), i will delete you after if ya want ;) up to you ;)
