i agree with both these guys (jakeyo and cosmic).
you need to drag yourself up out of that pit. It is not our job to decide whether you’ve had a bad life or not, or if its worthy of help BUT, there are so many people who have been through what you’ve been through and are still making a success out of their lives. i dont see any reason as to why you cant be one of them.
the seasonal thing can be helped all year round.
you need to come to terms with the abuse you suffered, through counselling or therapy.
but you need to help YOURSELF. we cant do it all for you. we can only show you the way. its you that needs to kick yoursel up the butt to do it.

oof. ive had that same problem. what you should NOT do, is make a big deal out of it. which is what i did. What you should do, is learn to accept it. soend as much time with them together as poss, and you’ll get used to it. :)
sounds hard, but believe me, thats the best way.
