He’s blessed to have you:) He knows that:) He may even have a different look in his eyes. It’s appreciation for you, although he may not want to make eye contact for very long:)

The control thing is part of the bargaining or shock I think:) Can’t remember, but there are five. It was when they lowered the casket in the grave I hit the anger part.

He’ll disappear into a different room to be alone or want to run a silly errun (task) sorry for the spelling. He’ll wish to control or take charge to distract himself. It’ll all be okay, but it is a process. Noise may not bother him, it’ll distract him. Just watch and listen, he’ll tell you what he needs.

Yes, it’ll help to remember the five steps. With my mom they did begin until the actual day of the funeral. He will express them, but it’s a guy thing, we need a private place sometimes:)

Sometimes it’s easier when you have a template and an outlet. can you join an organized sport or group? Something like a volunteer group?

2009-11-29 01:53:29 on What do you do when you feel lonely?

I’m proud of you know that…it takes a special intelligent person to know. You have more then just that and it’s fantastic you’re reaching out! At 15 you shouldn’t have any issues like that. You need a local support group to help with you other issues and I feel they’re not yours:) Do you have an extended family? Uncle, aunt or cousin? Lean on them:)

That’s sucks:( Well, he can call you for support:)
2009-11-29 01:40:55 on What do you do when you feel lonely?
Heavily populated areas or parks work best:) You can chase somebody and laugh at their fear..lol. Just joking:) BTW, sometimes walking a friends dog helps or borrowing a kid. Don’t get them mixed up, you’ll get in trouble:)

We’re going through some weird stuff like that here too. Who knows with all the flu stuff. I’m afraid of even going to visit people in the hospital in case I bring something home. Good luck and I hope he gets a good doctor involved. You may have to find a baby setter.
