  You should have a talk with your boyfriend. Tell him how you feel and that you want to get over this problem. If he truly loves you be will stand by your side and help you get over your fears. Another way is may be spend some time away to help get over your problems if you don’t want your boyfriend to get involved. I hope this has helped.

  I kind of have the same problem. Try to talk with him again about your feeling. If he still says the same thing again, try no talking to him for a few days. Hopefully then he will realise what you are feeling. Do try talking to him again cause if you really love him and he loves you it should work out. I hope this help you some.

  First of all I would ask yourself do you want to change. If the answer is yes then make sure it is for yourself and no anyone else. No point in changing if you are happy the way you are. Anyway if yes you should start off by taking baby steps. Just change small things about yourself. For example if you want to smile more or something, then just think about happy moments in your life and it should bring a smile to your face. I hope this has helped you some!
