I upgraded from Windows ME to Windows XP on my home computer,I’m using AOL dial up 9.0 AOL fix it for me says it can’t turn on top speed. posted (5 months, 2 weeks) ago I tried to do it manually in the settings menu and it wont let me click it on. HELP…
