  in the moring wake up and jump out of bed, get dressed straightaway.
  
  chose a room, i sugest kitchen first and blitz it, while playing lively music lound and singing at the top of your voice songs like destinies child independent women, reward yourself with something small every two hours, ie a cuppa tea or slice of cake,
  
  In the evening (when things are really tough) have a long bath and pamper yourself by maybe painting your nails. it may all sound silly but it will help.
  
  I urge you to think hard and see if there is anyone you can turn too

  its fun with someone elce around maybe they can help tidy, think of it as de cluttering your head, if you come across his stuff dont dwell on it, chose a place like a garden shed to put it,and store it away untill your ready to sort it out.

  i agree, the chances are he is being appropriate but you also need to know that in life we do have people like this who come along at different stages and help ie youth leaders but you need to know that there is a line, dont get carried awawy yurself and start seeing things that are not there
