Courtybubble is right…they cannot force you to take medication unless you are sectioned, which they are unlikely to do unless you pose a direct threat to yourself or others…
Most therapists are content to provide their services without issuing medication, and if they are not then just find someone else…

Therapy and medication do not go hand in hand you can have one without the other…
