  Love can happen right away, but for most of us, it takes time. Love is a really hard thing to define because it’s different for everyone. Some people say things like “I love you” when actually, they just have a really strong attraction to you that may one day turn into real love. If you haven’t told her what you think, my suggestion: Have you ever thought of telling her? Honesty and truth are really key in relationships. It shows trust.
  
  My personal opinion: waiting for the right one to give yourself to is the best way to go. She may just be the type of girl that feels really strong emotions, but doesn’t take the time to analyze them (like you are). She also might feel that if she says that she’s in love with you, then you will say it back and she’ll feel accepted and the relationship to her, may feel more secure.
  
  Talk to her about it, it may do you alot of good. Of course, that is only my opinion so if talking to her isn’t what you’d be comfortable in doing, then find some other way of letting her know. I’m sure she won’t mind hearing what you feel about it if shes really is in love with you.

  Thank you Josh. :) I do know that it is alot easier for the depression to quit the quicker you catch it… but yes. I am afraid of having it again.. even though I know it won’t be so bad this time.. its just the knowing I have it again that gets me down.. :S Thanks again :)
  
  Roen, 3 years ago when my depression actually started, I began looking into psychology and brain chemistry, and really started researching on my own, depression and everything about it. It makes me glad that you can tell I know alot about the disorder :)
  If all what I’ve been feeling these past 2 weeks is the depression coming back… well… … it really really scares me…. I know I shouldn’t feel this way, but I feel embarrassed .. most of all I’m just really really really scared…. of telling people.. (in my last reply I think I wrote “I’m eager to tell ..” I meant “NOT EAGER to tell people…” And I don’t want my boyfriend to feel like he’s failed in some way by not keeping me happy… or by buying me weed if that is what set it off…

  That scares me.. I used to wonder if I had a small anxiety thing.. or if I was just an uptight person. I’m just worried that if that is the case, my parents might not react too well to knowing that I have another issue on top of the depressios they (and I.. I think) believe to be gone. “Sometimes when you can’t slow your mind down, your brain will try to organize itself around some overwhelming principle like feeling sad just to get some kind of grip on the situation.” - that makes sense…
  
  Well, I’m eager about telling my bf, family and friends that I’m still not better.. especially my family. My depression was really hard on everyone around me.. I become a different person all together. I know I shouldn’t think that its a failure on my part…but I can’t help wondering…
  
  My doctor told me to come to him immediately if I sense any reoccuring feelings. And.. alcohol, I enjoy but know the effects, and my limits. And as for the weed, I don’t plan on doing it anymore. My second, pure, sample was kinda just so I’d know what its like. (i did not enjoy being high, especially watching my bf high so..)
  
  I really REALLY appreciate your help.. like REALLY appreciate it. I need to be getting to bed. My clock says 1:43AM and.. well I have a wedding to go to tomorrow. So I need some rest.
