  I don’t know the whole story on what she did to you or how long you were with her or anything like that, but I can assure you that this is normal.
  
  I seem to have this one thing I’m telling everyone here to do, and perhaps you need to do it as well. Get a piece of paper or a blank word document up on the screen, and just start writing. Write everything. Start with something about her. Write how you feel, what you think, what you want to do, what you are preventing yourself from doing, how it’s affecting your life. Just everything. Use whatever language you want. Highlight, underline, and bold things to get your point across. Just pour all these emotions out onto the page and get them out of you.
  
  My guess is that it is just a back up of emotion. All of it is probably not just because of her but probably because of past things that have happened that you just squashed in the back of your mind and disregarded. It’s just that is was the straw that broke the camels back and it let everything loose. Once you get it out, you will probably feel better. I’m not saying you will be over her, but you will have a better handle on yourself.

  As far as what I figure, eat what you want, just do it in moderation. I mean, if you want ice cream, eat a small bowl of it, not the whole carton (I doubt you do that anyway, but just giving you an example). Really, you can eat everything, you just need to combine it with the right foods so that it turns out good. Baked potatoes are starch, but if you eat them with sour cream or some type of dairy product, it becomes protein which is must better then just the starch.
  
  Let’s see. Beans are fine, just find something to combine them with. Beans and rice, beans and wheat, beans and cornmeal, beans and milk. A lot of Mexican food combines these things (and I mean really Mexican food, not Taco Bell).
  
  If you are looking for something to snack on or just keep on hand for when you are hungry, I’d suggest a jar of nuts or bag of some sort of vegetable or fruit. Again, I’m not forcing your to stick with that, you can have a donut or something if you want, but keep it in moderation. Have a donut or two and then, if you’re still hungry, eat something else.
  
  Oh, one thing for heating up food. If you have a stove, I’d suggest using that over the microwave. Yes the microwave is faster, but I believe it also kills some of the nutrients at the same time. Take a frying pan and a large lid (perhaps from a big pot) and you can achieve practically the same results. Just put a bit of water in the pan, add the food, and put the lid on. All the steam stays within the pot, and heats the food all the way around, not from the inside out like the microwave. I do this for left over pizza all the time, and I never used to eat left over pizza because it didn’t come out right.
  
  On thing my mom does is takes a bunch of fruits or vegetables and juices them. She’ll have like 5 whole things of fruit or vegetables in it and it fits in a 32 oz glass. It’s like a V8, but you can make it out of the things you like and it’s your whole days serving of that food group that you can drink all at once of at your leisure throughout the day.
  
  
  
  Umm, let’s see. One thing to try to warm up your muscles is stand up, feet a shoulder distance apart, and try to put your hands on the floor right in front of your toes. It stretches the muscles in your back and contracts them in your abdomen. If you can put your whole hand on the ground, then you should try moving so that you hands are between your feet, and if you get there, go behind your feet and try to get your hands flat on the floor. If you can’t, don’t panic, it just means your not that flexible yet, it will come. Then, try doing some crunches, they will help you trim your abdominal muscles, though it will take time. DON’T DO SIT UPS. They will actually make your stomach pouch out, not give you a flat stomach.
  
  Another simple thing to do is take a broom (or something with a long handle) and grab hold of it in both hands, spreading your hands as close to each end as you can. Stand up straight and tall, with the broom up above your head. Then bend forward, slowly, as far as you can for a few seconds, then come up and stand tall again. Do that a few times. Once done with that, bend forward but twist to the right so that the broom is almost perpendicular to the ground with your hands still in the same position and hold that for a few seconds. This stretches the side muscles and abdomen at the same time. Do it to the left and repeat for however long you feel.
  
  (If you haven’t noticed, I basically tell you for my suggestions to do these for “however long you want” a lot, because I know a lot of people don’t have time to do these things for 40 minutes, so this allows you to do it whenever you get a chance without feeling like you should have done 100 or that you aren’t done with your 20 minute work out yet and yet you need to leave.)
  
  Another thing you could try to work out is just by dancing. Find a few fast paced songs you enjoy and try to dance to them. This will get your heart rate up and, if you get weighted gloves, you can work out your arms and legs in the process. Do a few moves where you bend at the waist, and then it will help you with your abdomen and love handles.
  
  Or, one thing I suggest is the game Dance Dance Revolution. I’ll put it one Endless and select the faster songs and try to dance to the steps while wearing my ankle weights. Really gets you moving and works out your legs and abs to if you bend at the waist slightly.
  
  Or, find a kick boxing training video/DVD and work out to that, I’ve found a few that will do 10 minute intervals that focus solely on certain things. Never done any, but a few other I know have.

  I’m not really sure what to say. I mean, the little character was based off my personality, but it’s more my avatar because of how different it is from me. It’s one of the only cute things I’ve ever drawn, and it’s sorta ironic that it’s my avatar.

  My opinion, you need to get away from him. If he’s going to yell at you for that, then he isn’t worth it in my opinion.
  
  I can understand wanting to look better, but if it’s just to keep him, then really you don’t need it. Everyone is beautiful in their own way, and just because society dictates that outer appearance is the only thing that counts, that doesn’t mean it’s true.
  
  If you took a step back and looked around, I’m sure you could find a guy that would kill to be with you the way you are and wouldn’t think twice if you couldn’t do it every day or whatever.

  I seem to be saying this a lot, but what I think you need to do is write out how you feel. Pour all your emotions into the paper and let everything out. Write about everything that’s happened between the two of you, and go into details about it all.
  
  In the end, if you still feel that you love this girl, then go get her. You could even give her what you wrote if you want. The whole point is, if you can look back at what happened, and you find that there is evidence that you two should be together, then go for it. How exactly to get her back, that’s really to you, I’ve never had to do anything like that so I really can’t help with it.
