I reapplied in person, giving fingerprints and all inf etc, but all other conversations have been over phone or letter because nobody willl tell me where to go, as I said the office I applied to is 6hrs away and we can’t make that long journey, all I need is for someone to listen and for them to resend my card, they all say they have everything on file for me. - written 1 year, 8 months ago
