21 isn’t exactly extremely young to be having kids. It’s a shame that your not having the baby on your own terms, i.e. when you wish to, but that will not take away from the blessing that is a child. Your mother may be shocked at first, in time I’m sure she will come to think of it as a fantastic thing though.

I have to agree with the “Her house, her rules” argument. At the end of the day you are still dependant on her, regardless of your age. As long as you remain dependant on her then you will need to abide by her rules. You might disagree with them, but that doesn’t really matter to be honest.

Your original reply stated that “In a good experiment, the scientist needs to prove the hypothesis”. This is incorrect as I have already stated. Then in your last reply you backtracked and said you need to prove “something”, I’ll agree with you there.

For starters, you don’t have to prove anything to have a good experiment. A good experiment can support or reject a hypothesis.

I don’t see how having a facebook account means you have no life. I think it’s an easy way to keep in touch with a lot of people who I may have lost touch with otherwise. Eg. People I went to school with. It also provides a means to organise things among closer friends a lot easier than other methods I find. As for whether I would give it up or not, I’d prefer not to but it wouldn’t bother me a great deal if the site shut down.

3.60 an hour? Well for starters look into what the legal minimum wage is. In Ireland the bare minimum you are legally allowed pay somebody is over 8 euro and hour. If what they are paying you is in fact legal then all you can do is be up front with your manager. Let her know how your feeling about it and hope she gives you a raise.

Did this bite present any sort of serious symptoms like this one though? I would imagine there is quite a good chance of it being nothing too major and that your symptoms will subside in a few days, but I know absolutely nothing about the topic so that’s really just a guess! I would certainly recommend being cautious and seeking out a professional that would know what to do about it.

Well it’s still very possible your not pregnant. There’s not much point in doing anything about it until you know for sure. Then if you definitely are you can make a plan of action and if it turns out that your not then you’ve got nothing to worry about.

I don’t have any idea about what kind of spider it may have been, if you were handling bananas though I suppose it may have been a spider from a different country. It sounds like it’s worth getting checked out though, have you been to the doctors about it?

English invaded Ireland. Ireland rebelled. England retained control over 6 counties known now as Northern Ireland with the remaining counties becoming an independant nation. People got pissed off at this split in the country. A lot of the hassle stemmed from differing religious beliefs, eg. Catholic versus Protestant.
