i am a single mom with 3 kids and just got laid off from my job for the next 3 months. my water has been shut off and my power will be tomorrow. i only owe 175.50 for power and about 225.00 for water due to a water leak in our house. please give me some help. i am at the end of my rope and don’t know what i will do now.
