• I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what to do when being taken off an SSRI, already been decreased by a doctor and wiened off.
  

  Thanks betta, I have not Tired ****. John’s wort yet because I haven’t gotten ahold of any yet. But I had no idea that it is fat soluable, and that it can store for that long, of course they don’t give you any information as to that when they give it to you or when you demand to be taken off of it. Is that why some days I feel really ****** and have bad thoughts and others seem more fine. I did notice the more I excersised the day before the next day was more pleasent and less withdraw symptoms affected. Thank you so very much for all of your help! Do you have any suggestions on how to counter act these symptoms? And can an SSRI mess up your homrones? Thank you sooo much betta! I really appreciate it!

  Thanks seggle! I love to excersise that is a great idea. I guess I am just that one or two percent that gets the **** end of the medicine sometimes…

  Thank you! I have heard about ****. John’s wort before but haven’t yet tired it. Is it safe? Also I was able to figure out the source of my panic before starting SSRI’s but since I am in college they insisted I begin drug treatment. Which is what caused the next few attacks, after I went off the medicine no more panic attack….so I think I have that under control I also looked up breathing excersises and thought process changers for in case it occurs again

  As wierd as this sounds strech out your ab muscles because the tighter they are the harder it is to produce more crunches because your muscles can only get so tight before they get to tired or too tight to move on. how ever stretchin moderation. BE CAREFUL!

  Hey Girl I have been there, and sometimes I still am there. I know things can be really hard sometimes, do you have an Aunt that you trust or a friend that you do because honestly that can be your saving grace! I hate to tell you this too I am now in college and I have an still am experiencing some of what you are, the difference is I know right now it really sucks but you have to decide how you are going to react to it. Because I spent the longest time trying to get my parents to understand what I needed, and in a lot of respects they still don’t or maybe don’t want to. But at the end of the day if you can change how you precieve it I promise it will be better for you. Precieve it as a challenge not a struggle. You can’t cahnge your parents actions, but you can change your reactions, and how you think about the situation. Plus I am new on this site too but it looks like an amazing place to go for help and advice. You are stronger than this, you are smarter than this, and you have to have an attitude of a challenging approach, say you want to accomplish getting your parents understanding, when that might mean understanding that your parents may not be the people that can always give you what you need right now in your life. And while it is very important to share your life with them, it is also important for you to get what you need for yourself! :)
