It’s seems you’re eating healthy and getting some exercise. Don’t indulge on desserts or fast food. (i.e. mcdonalds, ice cream.) Drink plenty of water, 1/2 ounce per lb, so, 55oz for or just under half a gallon. Try doing some light weight lifting to help you tone up and build some lean muscle.
Here’s some tips from my website:
Dieting Tips
1. Eat multiple smalls meals: eating frequent small meals will help reduce hunger pangs and eating binges as well as help to provide a consistent source of energy all while maintaining metabolic efficiency.
2. Eat slowly: doing this ties with tip number one, in doing this, you will find yourself eating less.
3. Eat more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains: this seems obvious that eating this as oppose to processed food would make a difference, completely self-evident.
4. Eat more fiber: Fiber makes us feel full sooner and stays in our stomach longer than other substances we eat, slowing down our rate of digestion and keeping us feeling full longer. Fiber also moves fat through our digestive system faster so that less of it is absorbed.
Refined grains like white rice and those used to make white bread and sugary breakfast cereals have had most of their fiber and nutrients stripped away. They turn into blood sugar (glucose) so fast that, like sugar itself, they can cause a spike in our insulin level. This tells our body that plenty of energy is readily available and that it should stop burning fat and start storing it.
5. Consume less sugar: An insulin spike followed by an insulin drop results in tiredness and hunger which you would imagine would result in more eating.
6. Exercise regularly: People who exercise regularly tend to lose weight faster, they are also more successful at keeping it off. Exercise makes it possible to generate a caloric deficit without starving yourself and slowing your metabolism. I read this somewhere that a 70 kg (155 lb) person who runs a mile, burns 100 calories. Hence, if you weigh more, you would burn more in this scenario and vice versa for the opposite. Strength training and aerobic exercise are some of the most effective. If walking is all you can do, it is still upholds more contribution than doing nothing. Some examples of aerobic exercise are running, walking, bicycling, rowing, cross-country skiing, swimming and skating.
7. Drink water: Be sure to always keep yourself properly hydrated. A rule of thumb would be to consume 1/2 ounce per pound of body weight if you’re not active, and 2/3 ounce per pound if you’re athletic. Some of the signs of dehydration are: heartburn, stomach ache, non-infectious recurring or chronic pain, low back pain, headache, and water retention.

I’ve been in your situation. There was a time in college when I was doing poorly. My father is very stingy with money, so it made it so much worse. I felt like if I didn’t do extremely well, then he wouldn’t want to help pay for college anymore.
Around my sophomore year, after I had already had 2 bad semesters, my girlfriend cheated on me and things just got worse. I hit rock bottom. Then one of my grandparents died. I was lower. Then my mom had a hysterectomy. After her surgery, her condition mysteriously worsened until she was near death.
At this point I was so low and miserable, I contemplated suicide on multiple occasions. After meeting some new friends, I was introduced to something that would change my life forever. I had found Jesus Christ. I gave him my life and at that instant my recovery began.
My mother, who was at home after her surgery, was worsening in condition on a daily basis. She couldn’t bare the pain anymore and went to the hospital. It was there they discovered that when she had the hysterectomy, the doctor made a mistake during the surgery and made an accidental incision in her colon. The doctors said she came at the perfect moment because she was within hours of death.
Through the grace of God, she recovered. My grades recovered. My depression was dissipating rapidly. I was happier everyday. One year later and here I am. My life has never been better.
Sorry If you felt I’m forcing religion on you. I’m just excited with what happened to me and how much my life has changed. Things aren’t perfect and life isn’t perfect, but I’m able to able to handle better since I’ve found Jesus.

Walking with God is a process and takes time. You don’t say I accept God and automatically become holy. We’re all human. Hence why most christians these says are hypocrites.
Also to the ‘alter boy’ comment, I wasn’t talking about organized religion, I was talking about a relationship with God.

Many people seek their whole lives trying to find something to satisfy themselves, to find worth and purpose. The sad reality is that nothing in this world will satisfy anyone forever. It’s all temporary. You can take my word for it, or try yourself.
The only way to true happiness is through Jesus Christ. I once was a person trying to seek worth and happiness. There were many things I did to try to “entertain myself.” (ex. People, places, things) None of these worked. The only way to true happiness is through God. This, I know from experience.
I’m not saying I have no friends and I live in the street. I’m just saying that trying to find you’re worth and happiness in this world will never last.
