I retired when I moved to Fl. a number of years ago but found I couldn’t stand being retired, I am a very active senior who opened my retail shop 7 years ago and now have the opportunity to open a signiture store and very excited about it. As the manufacture thinks I will do about $450,000. a year in sales and will be an asset to their company. This is not a francise I will be a the owner as I have in the past. This is a new line that has a national reputation and works with it’s ower stores to be profitable. I am just looking to get the 1st order and some build out taken care of with this loan. I have always been successful and I know that this is going to be a profitable business for me, therefore I will be able to pay back this loan.

I moved to sunny Southwest Fl. were the sun shines and it doesn't snow.

I love antiques and use them in my retail store as prop.

global warming is a major concern of mine I'm hoping to open a green store.
