  Crying is good for you. Let it out. It releases endorphins in your brain which are basically “happy chemicals” and you may feel comforted afterwards. I haven’t cried in so long, because i thought it was weak and i trained myself not to. I realize now that was a hurtful decision. and i wish i could cry when things get bad but for some reason nothing comes out. I say cry all you want! :)

  i understand. i felt a lot of pressure to be good at lots of things. now i am resentful of that pressure and i tend to quit activities before people can put pressure on me. my advice is to talk to your family and tell them you feel pressured to be something you’re not. tell them you can only do so much. hopefully they will identify with that and stop expecting so much from you. try not to be angry at your family, and if you are, get your anger out in a positive way like doing something creative or physical, or work. i find that making my own money makes me feel more independent from my family.
