If you are religeous as you mentioned, pray, pray for strength for upliftment and the rediscovery of the precious gifts all around us - YOU ARE NOT ALONE! - If you watch films, see AMERICAN BEAUTY, you’ve probably seen it - see it again!! its a great “feel good” movie that might help you see things a little differently.

Fair enough. But one cant drop everything and start a revolution. I agree with what you say about running to the government - I worked in Zim for about 8 weeks in 2002 and before leaving trying to explain to the locals that i could not get them jobs in south africa as much as i would of loved to help them. During that time i realised how intense the situation was. I feel the corruption taking place there is beyond a group of people getting together with signs and loud speakers, the people involved would mearly get wiped out! So what would the next options be? look whats happend with the “democratic elections” - nothing.. So hence my post.

Yes i do agree, it really really pains me how a nation can just crumble and the rest of the world just sits back.. wheres the ******* humanity?

I must say; i think that is the most difficult question in the world to answer, the amount of different opinions ive heard and read its almost impossible to make up ones mind on how to know the exact answer. As for me, i do feel its about spiritual advancement.

I agree with crazqueenschic, ive got a friend who went through something very similar, the only person who can really help the situation is you! but you have listen to what people are suggesting, if you really want something bad enough it will happen - you have to want it! so if you want to be happy and content put positive energy into good changes, not waisting energy on the negitive aspects, it keeps your situation idle and thats not what you need.

One more thing, i personally always confide in is music, music always gets me out of rough and sad times, play the music that puts a smile on your face not what makes you cry ;) good luck!
