My cat won’t eat.

I tried blending some fish so he could possibly eat without pain, but he didn’t want to eat. He just wants to sleep for some reason.
Anyone have any advice that won’t cost so much money? My parents already had to pay for medicine for my dog. They still do. We don’t have the money to do the same for my cat.

We don’t have the money for that, since my dog had to go to the vet a short while back cause she was sick. She’s still sick though, and we don’t have money to go back to the vet again for any reason.
