  Read a good book I read a lot of auto biographys and it is interesting how people
  have had terrible lives but overcome it by determination
  
  I get them at Charity shops so they are not expensive
  
  And I agree television is quite depressing it always has terrible news

  They say everyday you wake and are breathing is a bonus enjoy what you have and remember the world is a wonderful place for some of us
  Dont dwell on things we cannot help or change but enjoy the small things we have

  This is a great idea and also saves money and time going to the shops
  Also it is a waste saver as the tampons and pads have so much packaging and most people throw them down the loo which is bad for the environment

  Well its upto you either stay with the people you love and end up unemployed or a low paying job and no college education or move on finish college then you have a good paying career so that you can make the right choices and if your old friends did loveyou then they should still love you later
