Well, I don’t blame you for accepting help from a friend, it’s just pure evil what he’s doing to you now. You just wouldn’t expect someone to pull something like this… but yes, I know we should be extra careful about EVERYthing these days. Can you pay the 50/month?? :( I don’t know, I have to wonder if he’s bluffing just to try to reconnect with you… but that’s a real bad way to do it. I mean how could you ever see him in the same way again!! You COULD talk to a lawyer via email online somewhere… I don’t know where, but there are such places online where they will email advice for free!! Sorry I missed you before, I was gone for a bit… I think I’m going to go get some sleep now too. I wish you luck… keep us posted, and hang in there. He’ll get what he deserves, creating his own bad karma like this! It’s just rotten and he knows it.

That is evil… I mean, that is blackmail…and he knows your financial situation!! If you could afford a lawyer, you should bring HIM to court!!! Personally I’d say let him go through with it, SEE if he goes through with it… maybe now he’d be afraid of what you’d tell the court about his “other options” on this one. I’m thinking that HE could be charged with blackmail. Short of that, probably the court would only have you make reasonable payments over time because of your situation. Maybe you should talk to a lawyer for free… there are some online who will give you some initial advice for free anyway!! I’m not sure he can really get away with blackmail… or now demanding all this money back and trying to blackmail you with what you owe!!!
