no it isnt worth it at all you get hooked and fall into it and you cant get out again.. so just do some breathing excersizes found on google or something just calm down and try and think of the reasons why your doing it and think if they are actually worth the trouble of you cutting yourself?

YES i get this all the time its so strange and i usually get it right before something bads going to happen like a relationship break up or a bad argument.. just if you have a feeling whats wrong then discuss it with a person close to you and try and figure out what it is thats so different (:
