Hello,
My name is Alicia and I need just a little financial boost to sustain me while I attempt to start my own business. My brief backstory: I am a mid to late 30’s single mom stuck in a small town because my soon to be ex husband is military here and I don’t want to move away and have my preschool daughter separated from her dad; so I stay here even though the job market sucks and I am having a hard time making ends meet with my current full time job. I have a BA in Broadcasting, but here in this area that means zilch and I am unable to make the kind of money I made before I met my soon to be ex husband back when I worked in television in Los Angeles.
I have written several business plans for myself and I am now advertising my business plan
writing services on free classified websites. While I wait for prospective clients to contact me, I am completely broke and frustrated with the fact that I am not making enough money to pay my bills on time and keep my credit from completely taking a nosedive.
I am tired of calling relatives borrowing money. I do receive child support, but between my car note, rent, car insurance, daycare etc. I never make enough money for everything. I have tried to find higher paying jobs around here but they would require me to take on a lengthy commute and I am nervous if my daughter was ill and her Dad as deployed or something I wouldn’t be able to get to her in time.
I just need a little help til I can get my own business off the ground. My goal is to have my own business consulting company. I am working on a business plan for myself as well.
