• Give me something you hate I can give a speech on….
  

  How long is the speech for?
  I might be tempted to try a speech on how much I hate public speaking.
  Say thats its top of the list of most stressful things. More people fear public speaking than death.
  Then list all the reasons you hate it, the butterflys, the sweaty palms, the fear of forgettng the words (little joke, consult notes in a hammy way). Worry that you’ve picked the wrong subject, will go too fast or too slow, that everyone will laugh and so on.
  Then conclude with that you’ve stood up and done it anyway and deserve loads of applause.

  Ah! Well, still. Talk to them. Tell them about your trip, how excited you are about it. Tell them also that you appreciate them buying you a car and that you’ll really look forward to using it when you get back from your trip.
  Then, with all the facts, they can make a decision about what to do.

  If you have to ask, then you probably already know the answer.
  Talk to your parents. All children leave home sooner or later, they may support you in your decision.

  Good advice from iggy.
  Also - you don’t have to get naked straight away when you date a girl.
  Maybe your confidence will have a boost if you make a decision to leave the whole issue about your scarring until the relationship has matured a bit. Once a girl knows you, she won’t be so hung up on the physical.

• I am having a recurring dream…nightmare…
  

  Dreams are a reflection of whats going on during your waking life.
  Its your mind’s way of processing stuff and sorting through the day while your consciousness has some time out.
  Seems like the key here is to figure out whats going on in your life that requires such extreme processing.
  Are you super stressed or worried about something? Play lots of scary video games or watch scary movies late at night? Whats your schedule like? Do you go to bed in good time? Do you drink lots of caffeine? Do you eat well and drink enough water? Do you smoke, do drugs etc? Do you exercise enough?
  
  Only you will be able to figure out what it might be. Once you do, change it for a bit and see if it helps the dreams. If it does, keep it changed.
