Hey I am so happy for you. I am quite well, thanks for asking. I miss you =) I am quite ok, as compared when I was an addicted resident of Help. Com. Life then was a desperate hell. Now I am quite doing ok. As my name sounds -Okei! =) No. I haven’t visited star city nor am I a fan of Lady Gaga. About politics, I opt for Ninoy, I’d rather risk on him than with the other well-known graft and corruptors =) Roxas could be fine. IDK.

I am wishing you luck and congrats on your new job. I transfered to other job as well. Actually lived a much better life as compared with the living hell I’ve been through before. Prayers can really move mountains. Including having a life for the better =)

I think you learn a lot from travelling. It’s fun for me. I get to learn about their culture, their history, etc. Swimming sounds fun. Where did you go swimming? Have you been in Subic? What can I see there?

no. we just went swimming here in the phils. need to save money, times are hard.

but traveling is such a pleasurable experience. if you’ve got money, it is really ok to travel

I can’t wait to go to Taiwan. It would do me good to be away from life…especially from my abusive mom. It would give me a breather. I will be having a summer outing with my cousins next weekend. I’m excited.

For Taiwan, it will be this Holy Week. I’ll be with my grand parents and relatives but my family will just be here in the Phil. I’ll be in Hongkong then Macau during the last week of May. I’ll be with my family this time and then my great grand aunts and great grand uncles. 4 senior citizens in total. :)

Yung bio fit may laxative na senna herbs yan. Senna herbs if taken straight for 10 days will make your bowel system dependent on it for a regular bowel movement. So ako, 6 days a week lng mag Bio Fit. Hindi ako mag bio fit pag Saturdays kasi mag date ako sa Sundays. haha.

Don’t drink too much of everything all at the same time. That’s not healthy. Lose weight the healthy way or else you’d easily gain it back and lose your health in the process.

The LBM caused by the laxatives (in slimming teas and xenical),will decrease the calcium you have in your body…xenical causes back pain…ANyway, research the side effects before you continue taking them…and don’t take everything all at once. Tea is acidic… Too much of it will give you ulcers.

Why not drink 1 slimming tea at night, eat healthy and then exercise.

Check if Biguerlai tea is approved for market. Fitrum is falsely advertised as weight loss drink. Anyway, do research.

Biguerlai Tea. Used that in 2001 for a year, then I stopped cause it does not fit work and lifestyle anymore. I did lose weight then.

I drink it now. Plus Bio Fit Tea. Lipton Tea. Also take Fitrum, Xenical on stand by when I will be at home.

I have to lose weight I am on my heaviest now and I must do something about it.
