  MAybe thinking about how flattering it is to be approached yourself can help you gain a little perspective. Everyone likes being shown an interest. Just keep it simple to start. Try complimenting his clothes or something. Then see where the conversation can go.

  Thanks anyway but I’ve tried it all before. This isn’t my first time wrestling these emotions and trying to improve my circumstances. Nor is it a pity party, rather it’s an attempt at getting help. I didn’t really expect much but I feel compelled to try. Anyway, I do appreciate your interest.
