• How do you break up with someone whos suicidal without them killing themselves?
  

  Honestly you do not worry about them killing themselves. It is a sad hard truth but it is not your responsibility. The best thing you can do is leave now as every day it will become harder.
  
  I know it sounds cold though you can not be responsible for the actions of another person in this way and should not have to bear it.
  
  If you truly beleive it is likely it may not be a bad idea to inform their family if they have any though there is really nothing that can be done with certainty.
  
  If a person is unstable to the point where they may harm themselves you should be concerned with the fact they may be willing to hurt you.
  
  Realistically it is very very hard to help someone in that position even if you want to be with the forever let alone someone you want to leave.
  
  Also remember that alot of people who make threats like this are full of BS as to say that to someone to keep them with you is extremely selfish. If someone is this selfish they are un likely to actually do it as they care about them selves to muc

  You and I both know the drinking is going to further damage the situation and diminish your chances of overcoming.
  
  If you truly want things to get better you have to make the right choices or they never will. Success will most likely not come immediately and there may be a large amount of suffering to come before things turn. Though with out determination and posotive actions you will burn up in your own misery.
  
  I know you are already aware of this though maybee it will help to hear it from someone else.

• I live in a two bedroom house and i have six children.
  

  There are still government back mortgages which do not require down payments. Additionally they allow for the closing costs to be paid from the sellers proceeds.
  There are also other programs which require small down payments. If you give me a call I would be happy to go through it with you to see if you qualify and if I can not lend in your area I can help you locate someone that can do the type of lending you will need in your area. If you do not currently qualify I can help you create a game plan to put yourself in position to qualify.
