  YEA! thats my problem too, like i do fine monday-friday, but on saturday and sunday, forget it…i get sick eating so badly and it messes up my body but i still do it, im right in there with ya.

  maybe there is something you ARE missing in yoru day that your just not responding too. Go through and think of what would make you happiest, what would make the day seem awesome and waht you truly want to do, and then plan you life around that- do what makes you happy and maybe at night youll feel better!

  im not really stressed right now, its just once I start I can’t stop- no matter what I do…I’ll be physically unable to move and I’ll still just keep eating- anything!

  He does not sound like the type of person you should be spending your time with! You need someone who appreciates you, and maybe he WILL realize what he has with a little break. Even if you miss him- there arep lenty of other fish in the sea and you might find the right guy who treats you better, I’d say go on a indefinite break.
