by trying your hardest to control your impulses.

every time you hold yourself back, its a small victory. you only have to try - success is something that takes time. so when you try, even if it doesnt work, you can feel good that you tried!

hold on to your memories…and imagine how special its going to be when he comes back!

its perfectly natural to want to do those things - your body is starting to develop in ways that make you feel like this. its a “voice” we all hear, and feel, and want to follow! even tho we know that afterwards it isnt going to feel so good…

the important thing is not to feel like it controls you. youre at a point in life where those impulses may be STRONGER than you, but you can fight those voices back, too! and step by step…
